Opening Day 2021 is almost here (Saturday, March 6th, 2021)!

The NVLL Opening Day will be different than in years past. NVLL has decided to cancel the Opening Day parade ceremonies therefore, we will only have pictures and games this season (no bounce houses etc.). Please make sure you have spoken with your manager & team parent regarding your opening day schedule.

*Please carefully read ALL of the information and rules below:


- Picture Schedule Times and the Info Guide to Ordering Photos are posted on the homepage of the website ”...nvllb.net under the “Opening Day” tab and attached below.

- All Teams need to report to the Photo Area 15 minutes ahead of their scheduled time.


In addition to the specified time, please note which complex your team will have photos, either at Twin Oaks (Mullet Festival Site) or the Niceville Softball Complex (under the Water Tower).



NVLL will have a food truck onsite at both locations. We will not be pre-selling tickets this year. The food truck “Fuel” will be at Twin Oaks Complex and “Spork” will be at the Softball Complex.

Menus for both are as follows:  Cheeseburger $7, Hamburger $6, Chicken Tenders $6, and Hotdogs $5 

 ** Both trucks will offer additional food items as well. We will also have concessions open at both fields with Drinks, Chips, Candy and Nachos**

The Twin Oaks concession stand will be open from 8:30 A.M.- 2:30 P.M. for regular concession sales.

Niceville Softball Complex concession stand will open from 8:30 A.M. – 3:00 P.M. for regular concession sales.


RULES for Opening Day (and the entire season):

- No Alcohol

- No Tobacco products or any type of vapor/e-smoking

- No Glass allowed in Parks

- No Pets of any kind on the grounds (except at the Twin Oaks Dog Park Area)

- Please respect the managers, coaches, and umpires!  We want all players to have a positive impression of the game and experience!

- Please No Profanity

- Be safe and keep a close watch on your children.... It will be crowded at times.

- Be careful with walking in and through parking lots...a lot of vehicles will be moving around.

- If you see anything that doesn't seem right, please report it to a board member or a police officer.  Call 911 for an emergency.

- If you see something that doesn't seem safe, please help out and report if needed.

- This is a 100% volunteer league....be patient with everything, relax, and enjoy being with family/friends and watching the children play ball.


**Please do your best in respect of others regarding COVID-19 and social distance as best you can during opening day and the regular season.
